ECONOMICS BLOG My blog links to economic articles and, from time to time, contains my own thoughts on things economic. It may not make for great reading but it is required reading.	ECONOMIC PORTALS There are a number of excellent economics sites, including blogs by noted economists and institutions, and data sources maintained by the Federal government. This page is a great starting place if you are curious as to what is going on or need to get a term explained.	HANDOUTS / DIRECTED READINGS All handouts and directed readings will be posted to this site: with few exceptions they will not be handed out in class.
ECONOMICS The author has provided a number of online resources for your use.	GRADE BOOK The gradebook contains all your grades along with a calendar of past and pending assignments. I have your individual passwords.	CLASS LECTURE NOTES I will post all PowerPoint lectures, sometimes in advance of the lecture itself.
TURNITIN All essays will be submitted and graded via Turnitin. We will try to be paperless in all things. The class ID is 3357420 and the class name is AP Economics. I will provide you with your enrollment password in class.	CALENDAR I will post major events such as papers and tests.	AP TEST PREPARATION Web sites and wiki pages that may be of use in preparing for the AP exams.

Many people believe that the United States economy will recover faster than most European economies will. However, I was reading an article the other day and it was talking about how in reality the European economy should recover faster. Although most of Europe relies heavily on foreign trade their argument was that because exports are recovering around the world Europe will feel the impact much sooner than the US will. If anyone has any opinions on this issue they would be greatly appreciated.
